FDM data importer: fix statuses for objects and choose broker owner by sellingEntity name and sellingEntity contact email

1. For table 1.0 - status "approved". For 3.1 - status "inactive".
2. If possible - do not import lines where in B-column value is crossed out.
3. Choose owner by columns F, G for 1.0 table, and K, L for 3.1 table. Mapping table will be in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15jUb-0gSt_7KMve1s8LCP_Mb4GgBPRuWW-Jm3fiEW8k/edit#gid=102819033
4. Value from E column (Email address) add to data structure and display to .csv files.
