Fix 502 on rollout restart with PreStop hook 15 sec pause

o.konoval requested to merge o.konoval/restart-502-fix into master

Add Lifecycle section with PreStop hook that makes 15 sec pause before container termination to avoid 502 errors when make nigtly restart for auth keys update.
